Last updated: 7 October 2026. This notice covers initial applications and enquiries through this website.
Who is responsible
Forward Doctrine is responsible for the personal information collected through these forms. For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, contact operations@forwarddoctrine.com.
What we collect and why
We collect the contact details, location, professional information, preferences and application or enquiry information you choose to submit, together with related correspondence. We use this to respond, arrange conversations and assess suitability or programme requirements. Required fields enable us to handle your request; without them we may be unable to progress it. Optional fields are labelled. Please do not submit medical records, identity documents, criminal-record information or classified material through these forms.
Our lawful bases
We rely on taking steps at your request before entering a contract where applicable, and our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries, assessing suitability and administering our application process. Where processing is necessary to meet a legal obligation, we rely on that obligation. Submitting an application is not blanket consent to additional checks or unrelated uses of your information.
Access, service providers and overseas storage
Information is used by those handling your enquiry or application and by website, form-hosting and email service providers supporting that work. We may disclose information to professional advisers or authorities where necessary for legal obligations or claims. Our forms use Webflow, which stores form data in the United States. Webflow provides international-transfer protections through its UK Data Privacy Framework extension certification and contractual safeguards in its Data Processing Addendum. Contact us for information about applicable safeguards.
How long information is kept
We retain information for as long as needed to handle the enquiry or application and any resulting relationship. Retention is assessed against whether discussions remain active, whether the information is still needed, and any legal, accounting or dispute-resolution requirements. Information no longer needed should be deleted or anonymised.
Later application stages
If your application progresses, we will explain any additional information or checks required, their purpose and relevant sharing arrangements before collecting that information. This initial form does not request medical information or criminal records.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction of use or a portable copy of your information. Where we rely on consent for a separate purpose, you can withdraw it.
Your right to object: you may object to processing based on legitimate interests by emailing us, explaining your circumstances.
You can raise a concern with us or complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office. Where applicable, you may also contact your local data protection authority.
